Joining A Group

Groups are a great way to collaborate with other members of the community. Each group serves as a space to have topic-specific conversations and share documents.

To join a group:
  • Select the "Groups" tab in the navigation bar to see a list of all the groups
  • Use the search bar and tags to find a group
  • Click the tile to view the group page
If a group is public, you will see a "Join" button that when selected, will immediately add you to the group. If a group is private, you will see a "Request to join" button. Click the button to send an e-mail to the group administrator where he or she will then be able to accept the request or deny access to the group.

Note: If there is no tab for "Groups" in your community, the event host has opted out of this feature.
